What Causes Redness On Cheeks And Nose While Suffering From Bronchitis?

I am on the second day of a 6 day regime of methylprednisolone. 4 mg dose..prescribed for a nagging dry cough. Had 2 different antibiotics in last month for cold/bronchitis? This seems to be lingering sinus infection..very dry cough in back at soft palate. My question is I awoke with red cheeks and nose as if I had a mild sunburn. Should I be concerned

it is not understood why you started prednisolone. it would have been better to have hemogram and and examination by thoracic physician. iwill recomand a cough syrup with specific antibiotic. antihistaminic tablet would have been better. now you have to tapper prednisolone.
