What Causes Redness On Face Of An Infant?

Hi, I have a one month old baby boy and his face is red and looks like its cooked. He had pimples first so I carried him to the doctor for it. She gave me baneocin ointment to use it wasnt working so she prescribed scherderma cream. I use that and now his face looks worst than ever. I need help clearing up his face.

Redness on face of infant mostly due to allergy. It is remove automatically. So most of cases no medication need only follow up but some cases when scaly lesion formed,need steroid ointment like Betamethason or Clobetason.
