What Causes Redness On The Face And Neck?
Hot, fiery burning of entire face and neck for about 2-3 minutes. No sweating. Afterwards, bright red blotches all over my face. Blotches of red over eyebrows, everywhere. Resolved over an hour. It was only on face and neck. Not whole body hotflash. No new foods.

The redness over the face can be because of allergic reaction secondary to any food or drugs. Nothing to be panic, you can take a course of anti allergic agents like cetrizine. If it is recurring again then consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
