General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The redness and warm feeling in the face is due to high blood pressure. Most probably it might have been spiked.
Should monitor her blood pressure (bp), record the results for reference.
Should continue high bp meds as prescribed by her doctor.
Should reduce salt intake and avoid caffeinated drinks. Try to cope with stress.

Once her bp will get normalized, the redness in the face and feeling hot will get reduced too.

All the best.
