What Causes Redness On The Face When Diagnosed With High BP?
My Mother has been suffering with high blood pressure for many years, it has gotten progressively worse in the past two years, she has seen several specialist, but presently, right at this moment, she has a redness in the face and of course she feel hot. And she is on blood pressure medication. What can be done for the redness and warm feeling in the face.
The redness and warm feeling in the face is due to high blood pressure. Most probably it might have been spiked. Should monitor her blood pressure (bp), record the results for reference. Should continue high bp meds as prescribed by her doctor. Should reduce salt intake and avoid caffeinated drinks. Try to cope with stress.
Once her bp will get normalized, the redness in the face and feeling hot will get reduced too.
All the best. Dr.Albana Sejdini
