General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

The redness on your face could be due to cardiovascular issues.

If that happens when you are upset, that is a vascular reaction to stress. Aloe vera and valerianna supplements can help ease stress levels.

If that happens when you stay without doing anything, then, immediate consultation with cardiologist is recommended together a complete cardiac check up for your age (EKG, echo cardiogram, stress test).

Hope this helps.
