What Causes Redness On The Hands When Exposed To Cold Temperatures?

Hello I m a 22 year old male and I have had this problem where my hands get really red when ever it s cold. This also happens when I take a shower with my hands and feet. It s like a rush of blood to my skin. It s never really bothered me it s just embarrassing. Does anybody know what this is?

According to your complain you have problem of redness after cold exposure that may be because of cold uticaria.

Medical history of raynauld phenomenon also cause redness of hand while exposure to cold.
Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.
