What Causes Redness On The Left Arm Post Shingles Vaccine Administration?
how long after shingles vaccine can a side effect appear. i received my vaccine on 7-27-17 and last Thursday(Aug 9th) a family member noticed redness and soreness on my fleshy part of my left arm. I initially thought I had bruised my arm somehow. The redness went away in a few days but was replaced by scab like feeling when touched and a little sore/hardness. Last evening (8-16), I was checking it out in the mirror and realized it was where I received the vaccine. It is possible this is a reaction to the vaccine and should I see my physician?

It is unlikly to have a local reaction from the vaccine after so many days of injection.
