What Causes Burning Sensation In The Arm And Hand Post Shingles Vaccine?

I have had shingles in the past and got mym shingles injection this past Sunday. Late Sunday and during the day on Monday I had burning that followed nerve route in my arm. This burning continued from my underarm to my hand. It burned and felt like something was sticking in me. Could this have been reaction to the vaccine? Thanks

hello..yes this could be a reaction of vaccine...shingles usually effects the never roots and causes pain in the nerve roots...shingles vaccine is a live vaccine and it has shingles virus particle..so it could causes the similar reactions as shingles infection..it would resolve itself.....but if it persists go to your physician...Thank you
