What Causes Redness On The Scrotum With Pain In The Groin Area?
Hello. I am a 18 year old male. About two days ago I noticed that my scrotum was paining like a wound on it. Some days ago, it was paining around the thigh and scrotum. The scrotum skin beacame red and some 2 or 3 pimple like grew on it. Now there s a small wound on it but it isn t healing. Please help. Thank you.

Possible fungal or bacterial infection of the scrotum with secondary lymph node enlargement of the groin showing up as groin pain.
My guidelines at present:
- Cleansing local area with antiseptic liquid
- Sterile dressing with normal saline gauze
- Steroid shot with your doctor
- Prescription of antibiotics and anti-fungal medications as cephalosporin, fluconazole or else respectively.
