What Causes Redness, Swelling And Itching In Toes?

In four months I have gained 20 lbs, for a couple months my middle toe on my left foot has no feeling and sometimes is red, swollen, and it really itches. Now another toe Is starting to do the same. I can t sleep, I have heartburn a lot, and I can feel my heart beating really fast. I do take high blood pressure medicine, but lately it feels like it s not working.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having,
vascular insufficiency in the leg,
Having diabetes which might lead to diabetc foot.
Consult surgeon and get examined and investigated.
