Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. The symptoms like reduced appetite, lethargy, weakness, reduced libido, muscle weakness, tiredness, bowel complaints etc could occur due to some mood disorder or more specifically mild depression. You also have sleep dysfunction which also aggravates all these symptoms. Please consult a psychiatrist for proper treatment of these symptoms. Medicines like SSRIs as Paroxetine, Sertraline or other drugs like Mirtazapine etc can help to reduce these symptoms and you will feel better in sleep also. Mirtazapine will even help in improving sexual dysfunction also. So visit a psychiatrist for evaluation and prescription of these medicines.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
