What Causes Reduced Penis And Scrotum Size?
My scrotum has changed recently, it has gotten small and puffy , while my penis is different too. It is larger in a relaxed state , not limp li!e always before . I have gained some weight , maybe twenty to thirty pounds and a have always been more on the slim side for all of my life. I am 61 now . What is up the the change . kind of tight on the testicles. No sex problems though.

Contraction and relaxation of scrotal muscle is common and is related to temperature changes and is not abnormal. You should not be worried about that.
But if you are anxious get it checked from your local doctor
