What Causes Reduction In TSH And Hemoglobin Level After Taking Eltroxin?
I am 54 years old man. Last month my TSH level was 31.0 and hemoglobin level was 10.5. After taking Eltroxin 100 per day one tablet, the TSH level has come down to 6 and hemoglobin has also came down 9.7. I am feeling very week. My family member are telling me that I am snoring very loudly during deep slipping.

Thank you for the concern.When TSh levels are raised it indicates Hypothyroidism means low T4 and T3 level in body so eltroxin is given which increases T4 and T3 level and automatically TSH level decreases. Haemoglobin level is decreased but but it may not be due to eltroxin. so please consult your physician and start taking iron tablets.
