Hi,

In an asymptomatic person without previous history of liver disease, the reports you mentioned can be taken as absolutely normal.

In a diagnosed case of liver disease with worsening symptoms, progressive decline in liver enzymes indicates progressive loss of functioning liver cells. If you don't have such history, no need to worry.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
