What Causes Reduction In The Duration Of Menstruation?

Hello. I had unprotected sex 3 days before I had got my period. I usually get my period for about 5-7 days however, I only had my period for 2.5 days. Do you think I could be pregnant? I did take 3 tests that all said negative but, the unprotected sex occurred only 2 weeks ago.

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Unprotected intercourse 3 days before the the periods are unlikely to result in pregnancy , as it is considered as the safe period for intercourse.
If the pregnancy would have occurred, it would come positive in the urine pregnancy test 2 weeks after the intercourse.
Scanty periods can be due to hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, for which you should get investigated for.
