Your symptoms seem to be related to orthostatic hypotension.
It is a form of low blood pressure that happens when you stand up from sitting or lying down.
It happens usually in the morning.
I suggest you to measure the blood pressure when you feel the symptoms to confirm the diagnosis and take proper treatment.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
