What Causes Regurgitation After Drinking Milk?

I was recently pregnant and had bad regurgitation after I would eat but mostly after drinking milk. I had my baby almost 5 wks ago and am still having pain after I eat but not as bad until I drink milk and it doesn't matter the amount...I don't have regurgitation but instead a big bubble feeling in my chest and my stomach even hurts alittle bit...What is this? Lactose intolerance? Acid Reflux? Tums does not work...
