Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, it might be Urticaria (hives). Do apply calamine lotion and give clemastine syrup to the child for symptomatic relief. Look for cause for urticaria, common causes are food and drug intake. Do consult the doctor and explain the nature of lesion, duration of lesion and associated symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
