What Causes Restlessness And Stomach Upset After Head Injury?

sunday nite my son who is 3 yrs old fell out of his buggy an fell down some stairs and sustained a head injury he has 2 lumps on his forehead he was taken to hospital via ambulance and was later discharged. but since he been home he has been veery unsettled crying alot and saying he hurts we have been givin him calpol since it happened. he is very restless at nite since it happened and now he has a very upset tummy what do i do

Reason for his crying and upset could be two
1) head injury pain : in that case NSAID will decrease pain and calm him
2) stomach pain due to stomach infection. In this case carminative syrup will receive pain
