What Causes Restricted Movement In Finger Along With Dark Discoloration?

two days ago, there was a sudden onset of me not being able to bend my finger properly. since that time the finger is what appears to be bruised, but is dark in color. there has been no pain and a small amount of swelling that is now gone what do you think

This is called Finger Bruise.
The following medical conditions are some of the possible causes of Finger bruise. There are likely to be other possible causes, so ask your doctor about your symptoms.
Blunt trauma
Coagulopathy
Anticoagulant medications
Bacterial septicaemia (see Blood infection)
Fracture
Finger injury (type of Hand injury)
Hand injury

If the pain is releived it might just a small Bruise and might have happened from the above reasons
