What Causes Restricted Movement In The Hip And Knee?
Right hip area, when bending forward with the legs straight and knees soft , this one side does not want to flex like the other side. Do yoga and exercise four or five days a week. Walking does not seem to bother the right hip. Age 69, 115 lbs, 5ft 5
Osteoarthritis may cause the movements in the hip joint to be restricted. You will need to have a check with your doctor and probably an X-ray of your hip to properly examine it.
