What Causes Retinal Occlusion Along With Headaches And High Blood Pressure?

I have high blood pressure (recent months) and a retinal occlusion with headaches. I took one dose of Lachesis 200 c and symptoms were worse and then better. Now they are worse again. Do I take another dose, or take something else? I am 81 years old.
