Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 71 and told yesterday that I may have with retinoschisis. Have to go back to Dr again 2 weeks and again in 2 weeks...Is there anything that can be done for it or just make it a fact that I will be blind in that eye? Is it slow or fast growing? Thank you so much Barbara Daugherty
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it is the rare kind of retina disease most of the time it remains asymptomatic but in some case corresponding field of vision may be affected and not the complete loss of vision hope this information helps. (Actual defect in retina could give some clue )
