What Causes Right Elbow Bone Popping Out?

I noticed this morning on my right elbow in the inside, looks like the bone is popping out. It s very hard with no pain. The left elbow is normal does not look like the right. It just happened this morning when I noticed it when I was putting my hair up into a pony tail. I have not had injury or trauma to the elbow recently. My range of motion is also fine. What could it be?

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com I would not worry, if this was an issue, it would be accompanied with pain. Unlike the knee where you have a knee cap that can move around, the elbow is not like that. This might be an anomaly that is unique to you. remember that we are not as symmetrical as we all think we are, one arm or leg is undoubtedly larger that the other. Hope this puts you at ease. Good luck.
