Sudden onset of weakness in the both arms followed by legs may be due to acute episode of SVT or TIA or Hypokalemia or Hypokalemia or Neuropraxia or panic episodes etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Check an ECG, serum electrolytes or pottacium status. Avoid alcohol and take green leafy vegetables. If the episode is repeated means you may get consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
