What Causes Right Hypochondrium Pain, Pruritus, Oliguria And Yellowish Discoloration Of Skin?

Hello sir. a 60 y old female complaining of right hypochondrial pain, pruritis, oliguria and yellowish discoloration of her skin. She was admitted to the hospital and her urea and creatinine was elevated. Abdominal ultrasound showed focal hepatic lesions, splenomegaly and calcular cholecystitis. MRCP showed intrahepatic bile ducts dilatation, CBD normal and pancreas normal. Also colonoscopy was done and showed colonic ulcers from which biobsy was taken and results didn t appear yet. Please, what s ur differential diagnosis and what other investigations should be done? Thank u

Hi
Ur having symptoms & signs involving hepatic & renal system.focal hepatic lesions , spleenomegaly indicate cirrhosis of liver with displatic / regenerating nodules.renal involvement is seen in it called hepato renal syndrom.there is no primary pathology in kudney.go for liver biopsy.
