We have to rule out possible causes like appendicitis or renal stones. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

What Causes Right Lower Quad Pain, Nausea And Vomiting?
Hello, We have to rule out possible causes like appendicitis or renal stones. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
