What Causes Right Side Chest Pain Radiating Toward Neck?
I just got done running 4 miles. I got home about 7 minutes after my run and began having chest pains on the right side of my chest that radiated into my neck. I had sharp pain for about 10 minutes and then it completely subsided. Earlier in the day at work I had unusual redness in both hands. I have been having numbness in my left arm and shoulder the last couple days due to injury. I do struggle with esphogus issues and have had It stretched in the past. I am 37 years old. Is this a severe symptom of gurd, a possible heart attack or something else? Feels like a cramp in the esophagus

I really appreciate your concern, two possibilities are there, one is hyperacidity and second is exercise induce wheezing this may not be pure form of asthma, and this can be best managed with 'Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day" on tentative basis, take care and have a nice day.
