What Causes Right Sided Abdominal And Lower Back Pain With Constipation?

I started having pain in my right abdomen a couple of weeks ago. The pain is also in my right back. I also have gas and constipation. The pain is not a stabbing pain, but more of a dull ache accompanied by a burning feeling. I am 60 and I keep myself busy most of the time; however, my husband passed away 3 years ago and for a big chunk of that time I was very sedentary. Can you give me any idea of what this problem might be?

I can understand your concern

pain in right side of abdomen including the back ,generally associated to kidney diseases like stones or infection ..

here I would like to suggest just undergo once ultrasonography abdomen we can rule the disease .

similarly constipation may cause dull pain ,but my opionoin have to confirm by ultrasound ..

don't worry I can suggest plenty of water or liquids .so constipation will be relieved as well as good for kidney diseases .ok

you can use antispasmodic drugs like buscogest for pain relief till confirmation of diagnosis .

plz consult with reports your family doctor or HCM
