What Causes Right-sided Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea After Injecting Methamphetamine?
I injected crystal meth two days ago. I a having the most intense pains right in the pit of my stomach whenever i sit down or lie down and I am having awful diarrhoea. Will this pass? I have only injected meth a few times in my life and this has never happened before.

As per my clinical experience, the pain is side effect of the meth over GI with alteration in gut flora system. Usually it takes around 48 hours to pass around, an intake of PPI with probiotic will recover faster.
