Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since when you have this pain? Do you run fever? Pain in stomach may be due to 3 most common causes, first is gastritis which will give you pain and nausea vomiting, for which you will need to take medication for decreasing stomach acidity and stopping nsaids drugs if you are taking. You may also need to do ALT test to rule out acute hepatitis, whose management is also supportive to have bed rest and take pain killers. The third one is pancreatitis in which pain is radiating to the back and is severe pain which may require hospital admission but this seems least likely in your case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Do not worry about your abdominal pain.
1. If the pain from upper abdominal, it may be due to stomach (gastritis) or from gall bladder infection or GB stone.
2. Lower abdominal pain may be due to appendix infection or cecal infection. The reason for raised WBC is some source of infection in the abdomen.
3. Treatment with broad spectrum abdominal antibiotics will solve the problem, after consulting your family doctor.
4. Do not think of the remote possibility of cancer at this stage.
