What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain Radiating Towards Back?
Hi, I am having pain in the right side of my abdomen under my ribs and it progresses through to back pain on my right side. I had about a level 6 pain. For a week prior I have had diarrhea. Yesterday a numbness started on the right side where the pain is as well. Any ideas? Thank you for your time.

I really appreciate your concern, it may be muscular pain and chances of spasm is likely, I would suggest Tab Chlorzoxazone for this take care for right postures, diarrhea may not be due to pain and not visa-versa, you have not mentioned your age and gender here, else something else could be thought hope this information helps.
