Hi, Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Asad Riaz, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem. pain in right lowers abdomen can be due many causes bowel inflammation ,appendix etc.. if u were my patient I would like to do some test like blood picture, usg abdomen n X-ray abdomen n will take through history n do exam so I can find out that cause n Tx it n also will give u symptomatic relive like antiemetic n fluid ... sudden diarhea n vomiting most likely infectious cause n will treated accordingly... tests are done so avoid some dangerous condition like appendicitis etc...
