What Causes Right-sided Back Pain And Scarce Urination During The Day?
I have not been urinating often during the day and when I do it is not a lot and often brown but I wake up throughout the night and my urine is light yellow and large amounts. My right side/back has been hurting. I have a Bicornuate uterus, endometriosis, congenital absence of left kidney...I believe I have POP, could that be the cause?

Such a situation can arise from urinary tract infection or stones in ureter. If you have excess urine also, we have to rule out diabetes also.
Kindly, get a urine examination and blood sugar done at the earliest. Depending on the results, you may need to have a USG abdomen also.
