What Causes Right-sided Back Pain While Coughing And Sneezing?
My husband has been having sharp sudden pain in the right side of his back about halfway between his waist and shoulder blade, which happens with certain movement or coughing and sneezing. We re thinking most likely he pulled something. Could it be anything else more serious?

It seems that there might be having muscle strain leading to spasm of back muscle producing pain while slight movement or cough reflex.
Take some analgesic, muscle relaxant medicinefor 2-3 days.
Apply muscle relaxant cream locally.
Ok and take care.
