What Causes Right Sided Body Pain With Numbness And Tingling Sensation?
I have a lot of pain up and down on my right side of body. When laying down or sitting, arms and legs sometimes go numb and tingle especially at night when I am trying to sleep. Was told by a doctor that my thyroid was to blame and put me on medication. I have thyroid cancer and have half of my thyroid removed (my left side).

Removal of thyroid can lead to deficiency of hormones which are replaced by hormone replacement. I suggest you to consult your surgeon and endocrinologist for further management.
