What Causes Right Sided Chest Pain?

I have been experiencing chest pains on my right side. It radiates from my upper right side to my neck. The pain initially was a dull annoyance; but now it is more defined (sharp) and persistent, The pain comes and goes, not as much when I m not moving around, but when I become active, or move in a certain way, I begin to feel it. Am I having a heart attack, do I need to see my doctor?

Heart attack pain usually felt on lt side of chest,
as u r saying it felt right side goes to neck n increase on moving, there can be much more possibility ,but u have to rule out anginal pain or heartattack... in this pain chest heaviness is felt.
