What Causes Right Sided Headache, Eye And Ear Pain?
i have been getting sever headaches only on the right side of my head from the top center of my head and there is pain in my right eye and ear and my eye starts tearing up and won t stop leaking until the headache goes away i have been taking ibuprofen but it takes for ever to go away. seems to happen in the evenings and a couple time in the middle of the night and only happen on the right side of my head.

In the given situation-You seem to suffer from-Sinus headache with accompanied eye / earpains.Activation of eye nerves on right side-especially trigeminal cranial needs to be ruled out also,before starting treatments in your case.
CT Sinuses / Skull would fix the cause, which needs to be checked with Ent and NeuroSurgeon for this.
Decongestants if not useful would need further investigations on above lines.
Further suggestions in this regard would need ore information /investigations after getting more details from You.
