What Causes Right Sided Headaches?

i am having a sharp pain that comes and goes in the upper right portion of my head. Had something similar in 2012. MRI was negative at that time. this hurts more when pressing on scalp in the area. Ibruprofen helps some. I have had it now for about 5 days

It could be migrain head ache, in which person has unilateral, sharp, throbbing and episodic headache, relieved by taking NSAIDs INITIALLY. MRI is normal in migrain headache.
Avoid chezzy food, caffeinated beverages, prolong slepiness ad excessive work. Thank you.
