What Causes Right-sided Lower Abdominal Pain?
i am having an abdominal pain that is spasmic at times especially to the right lower abdomen ,radiates sometimes from my naval area and then to my right lower abdomen.It started yesterday evening and continues till today on and off.I also been getting a feeling to through up or empty my guts somehow with it .No diarrhea and has not vomited anything.

you should see your doctor because it's a symptom of appendicitis which is an emergency condition.
Also possible diagnosis is acute gastroentritis. you must see your gp as soon as possible.
