What Causes Right-sided Neck And Limb Numbness And Headaches?
Hi, I am a 24 year old female for a couple months now I ve had my right leg and arm go numb occasionally somedays lasting almost a full day. I get a numbness from right backside of my neck as well sometimes accompanied by headaches only on the right side. I do smoke, my hands sometimes get shaky and I am overly tired lately more than normally. I have had a cold its starting to go away. Also noticed i cannot fit my wedding ring anymore my hands and feet have gotten so fat. What is wrong with me?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to get your X-ray cervical spine and orthopedician review. as per your history you should also get your thyroid profile done to rule out hypothyroidism. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be used if pain persists and supplements for calcium and vitamin D3 along with ossien mineral complexes can be used.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
