What Causes Right Sided Numbness In Head Post Injury?
A week ago I started to get numbness on my right side of my head, after hitting my head. I have taken ibuprofen and iced it but the numbness won t go away. Anytime I touch it it feels like a soft spot. The left side of my head is having no problems though and no signs. Only my right side is having the extreme numbness.

You should have done an X-ray at the moment of hitting the head to see it it was something to get concerned or not. The soft spot may be hematoma and compression on a nerve can cause numbness. Take ibuprofen for pain and consult your doctor about trauma.
