What Causes Right Sided Pain And A Lump On The Hip?

I ve been having this pain in my right side just above my hip the past 3 days, and now there s a painful lump there. Should I go to emergency tomorrow or wait to see my own doctor in the next couple of days? I only have one kidney and it s on that side.

I really appreciate your concern, you can have analgesic medicine and if this fails to work then you can see the doctor then the condition may needs some test as long as the renal history is concern, hope this information helps.
