What Causes Right Sided Pain And Weight Loss?

I was diagnosed with this condtion over 30 yrs ago, can t remember the name of the condtion, but symptoms are my one kidney hangs lower then other one, had x-ray to discover that , was having right side pain, and felt pressure on bladder that. he saidonly treatment back then 80 s was a binder to hold kidney up or kidney belt or surgery to tack the kidney back up in right place. Can you PLEASE tell the name of this condtion, disease, I m pretty sure it s coming back, getting worse since I lost so much weight and have almost every bone disease and same symptoms as before. PLEASE TELL ME THIS CONDTION???? Thank you

You may be having a condition called horseshoe kidney.

Consult a nephrologist and get evaluated. An MRI scan might be required for further evaluation.
