General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since your daughter is bloating she is suggested to avoid eating food that produce gas, cut on fatty oily spicy food, take small quantities of food at a time. She should avoid salty food, dairy products, carbonated beverages. She should do regular exercises & take walk after food to simulate digestion. Medical conditions that can cause such symptoms are appendicitis, IBS, indigestion, celiac disease, food allergy, etc. She can take antispasmodics, antacids or PPI's for relieve. Her treatment will depend on the reports attained & the severity of the clinical conditions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
