What Causes Right-sided Pain In Stomach?

i have pain in upper right side stomack. had liver panel done and AST and ALT ARE NORMAL this should rule out liver damage correct. i have an ultrasound in morning. my office said it may be gallbladder?? i just want to be rest assured that it isnt my liver.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in upper right side can be due to liver related problems, gall bladder problems like cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, musculoskeletal problems, etc.
Normal liver enzymes- AST and ALT rule out liver related problems.
Gall bladder problems like cholecystitis associated with cholelithiasis (gall bladder stones) is a very common problem thus there is a possibility of involvement of gall bladder and not liver.
