What Causes Right Sided Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

I am having pretty severe pain in my right mid to lower abdomen. Very difficult to use right leg for stairs or sitting, it has been a little sore for a couple of days, figured maybe bowel issue. Gardened tonight , much worse very quickly. YYYY@YYYY I am Gail

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. You should be examined.I suggest you to consult a physician and get an ultrasound lower right abdomen to exclude severe conditions as acute appendicitis, local peritonitis, groin hernia. Give blood test , large amount of RBC, more than 10-11 will indicate inflammation and may be you will need surgeon help.
