What Causes Right Sided Pain In Upper Body And Dark Urination?
my friends son is having upper right side pain up by his ribs and his urine is orange. she ttok him to the doctor last week and they said he was fine and at that time his urine was brown. she said he has been complaining of the side pain for a couple of years and has taken him to the doctor several times. what should she do? should she take him again now that the urine is orange? it looks like orange juice.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I have read your description and understand your concern. Experiencing pain in the upper part of abdomen along with passing orange colour urine is indicative of having kidney stones and needs to be investigated. There could be possibility of stone being struck in ureter and it could be bleeding. Kindly get a urine routine examination done along with ultrasound scan of abdomen. Following that, kindly consult Urologist for appropriate evaluation and management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
