What Causes Right-sided Shoulder Pain While On Losakind -50?
Sir,I am suffering from right shoulder joint pain,pain exceeds in the night when I keep my hand backwards behind head its untolarable,n in the remaining time feel no pain,in MR scan it was normal.I am also using losakind50 for hypertension for last one year

It is not related to Losakind.
As first-line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
