What Causes Right-sided Twitching Sensation On The Head After An Injury?
Thursday I slipped and fell hitting my head. I did not get dizzy or have blurry vision. I went to the local ER. They did a CT scan and other tests. They were all normal. For the last few days my entire right side is twitching. Should I be concerned?

You should definitely get it further evaluated as it may be a sign due to late complication of acute haemorrhage which means bleeding into the brain due to the fall. the scans may have been clear also of the haemorrhage may be too small to show on it. Anyway i definitely recommend you strongly to get it checked with an appropriate physician as soon as possible.
